Step 1 : Editor will check suitability of the paper with scope of the journal. Step 2 : Paper will pass through grammar, linguistic and format checking. Authors should strictly follow the journal format Step 3 : Once the paper passes first two phases, paper will be send to the subject experts for Double Blind technical review Step 4 : Based on TWO review reports (i) Minor / Major Correction Authors should make all corrections and suggestions made by reviewers and resubmit the revised version with in stipulated time. Otherwise, the paper will be treated as new submission. (OR) (ii) Rejected if paper doesnot have enough technical discussion Step 5 : Authors will be charged with huge fine if they withdraw their paper after review process Step 6 : Authors will be informed with Volume and Issue information once we receive camera ready paper Step 7 : Entire process will take 3 to 6 months and authors can subscribe the journal, if required.
If plagiarism problem was found, all authors of that paper cannot submit paper to our journal for five years. (And that paper will be removed even though it was published, and this will be noticed on IJCOA home page) If double submission was found, all authors of that paper cannot submit paper to our journal for five years.
